  1. You’ll get the same Certified Home Technician, every time.

  2. A 4 hour visit from your tech every quarter. We call these Program Visits. These are prescheduled for the year when you sign up, and we’ll confirm the time and date of each visit 7 days in advance.

  3. Before your visits start, we’ll complete a Home Assessment. It documents your home’s specifications and gives us a maintenance benchmark to work from.

  4. Your tech will keep track of the maintenance your home needs in what we call the Maintenance Checklist.

  5. Your tech plans for your Program Visit the Friday before, so update your list before then, so he has everything he needs.

  6. We also recommend companies we trust to do larger projects on your home. We call the companies we trust Verified Vendors. We’ll help make sure the project goes smoothly.

Boring stuff

  • We’ll cover $150 of materials for every Program Visit. If we predict materials will be more, then we’ll contact you
  • We’ll need access to your home if you are away
  • We have $1 million of insurance coverage
  • Labor during your Program Visits is included in your plan
  • Subscriptions are paid annually
  • If your tech finds something new with your home that needs to be dealt with, he’ll add it to your list and it will show up on your emailed Program Visit report
