Maintenance

We keep up with the routine maintenance. Some examples would be cleaning out your dryer vent, replacing furnace filters, cleaning your gutters, or testing your smoke alarms.
Repairs

We also take care of repairs. Lots of our customers had us patch drywall, tighten a loose toilet, clear a clogged drain, or recaulk windows and doors.
Upgrades

We also take care of minor upgrades around your house. Lots of our customers have had us do things like add new lights, add a new outlet, or update a bathroom faucet.
